We have been trusted with M&P Design by the architectural design bureau D.A. Dizajn Arhitektura for new exclusive development developed by the recognizable Investor Delta Real Estate. Our scope includes office tower and new hotel Intercontinental.

We are thrilled to inform you that Conventus Consultants has been awarded as Lead MEP Consultant for new development on the place of the old famous hotel "Yugoslavia" in Belgrade, Serbia. We are a part of a Design Team which is led by RMJM Architecture and with Kadena Properties as Developer and PM.
